RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange something? No stress – we’ve got you. If something’s not right, you can return or exchange it within our returns period. All we ask is that the items are returned to us in their original condition with all original packaging, within the below-stated timeframes from receiving your order:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE): 30 days
• International (US, EU & Rest of World): 30 days

THE INTROVERT 30-DAY WARRANTY

We are fully committed to creating and providing the highest standard of premium streetwear, which is why we offer a 30-day Introvert Warranty for all manufacturing defects or damage on arrival.

• This includes a one-time replacement of the piece free of charge (no refunds).
• The warranty strictly excludes any user-caused damage, such as fabric snags, stains, accidental rips, or improper washing/drying damage.
• To submit a claim, please email info@intrvclo.com with photo or video evidence of the defect.
• If we cannot replace your item due to it being out of stock, we will issue a store credit voucher.
• The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS & T&Cs

• Hygiene Restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear sets.
• Custom Products: Any custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Bundle Returns: If you purchased an outfit bundle, all items included in that bundle must be returned together. Partial bundle returns will not be accepted.
• Gift Card Purchases: Refunds for items bought using a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card.
• Sample Sale Purchases: All sample sale purchases are final. As samples, these items may show signs of handling, marks, or minor imperfections. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.
• Pop-Up Shop / Event Returns: Items purchased at physical pop-up events can be exchanged for a store credit voucher only.
